The FICA Quiz is no longer applicable the only proof material you will need to show that you have completed your FICA training as instructed during the training is the FICA MANUAL. this manual must be signed and dated by you (the said agent) and your principal or manager.
This needs to be filed and a copy needs to be handed to you and your compliance officer.

If a video is buffering this is due to internet connectivity. This can vary from internet speed issues or it could just be lagging due to internet updated in your office or area.
My advise is if you are watching the videos from home, visit your office and watch the videos from the office as each office is recommended to have a internet speed of 10MGs lines. Alternatively if you are experiencing this issue at your office. Kindly ask you r administrator to contact your internet provider to investigate.

This is good motivation and reminder of the important things of our industry and company. This course will be more valuable if all its contents is also available in text format with a good table of contents and an index. This will be a valuable source of information. The video-series is too time-consuming to be source of reference.

I have a case where a tenant is refusing that the landlord fixes the cracks in the exterior walls as it will impact on their “enjoyment of the property” and based on this, they want to give notice and move out. They insist that the work required is “structural” where in fact it is merely waterproofing and repairing of cracks. Tenant is a big corporate…
