Training

CREATE 21 is Century 21’s award winning new salespeople training program. This program is the first step of your online training path to success. The Real Estate Agent must first complete CREATE 21 before they can move onto any further training.
You have 30 days from receiving your Century 21 email address to complete CREATE 21. After completing the 12 online self-paced sessions, you will need to complete the CREATE 21 Test, when you pass the CREATE 21 Test, you will be issued with a CREATE 21 Certificate. This Certificate can be added to your Professional and Personal Portfolio and will be logged in the Century 21 National Training Academy.

The Century 21 Sales Contract Demystified is an in-depth step by step training created to explain the Century 21 Sales Contract. This training solely dedicated to the interpretation and compliance of what The Century 21 Sales Contract is and how to fill it out correctly in order to ensure a legal and binding contract to protect all parties concerned.

Real Estate Industry

The EAAB stand for the Estate Agency Affairs Board. The EAAB is the Real Estate Industry’s official regulation authority in South Africa. The EAAB is responsible for compliance of Estate Agents with the Estate Agents’ Code of Conduct and the EAAB have to by ensure that all Estate Agents register and obtain a Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC). The EAAB also oversees the compulsory qualifications of Estate Agents and Principals. The EAAB is there to regulate us the Estate Agents and to protect the Consumer.
The Institute of Estate Agents (IEASA) is a voluntary professional organization which supports its members, both Principals and Agents and is a prominent advocate for the Real Estate Industry. IEASA also has the ability to mediate any consumer-related concerns between members, who, by being members, subscribe to IEASAs Code of Ethics. IEASA is OUR VOICE in Real Estate. Century 21 South Africa holds itself to the highest possible standard when it comes to rules and regulations. The EAAB Act states that all Estate Agents must register and obtain a Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) in order to operate as an Estate Agent in South Africa and to be able to receive commission. Century 21 South Africa enforces this law by not allowing anyone to operate as an Estate Agent within the Century 21 group without a FFC.
